ShelfHound provides automated storefront observations. It does not guarantee uninterrupted storefront operation, complete geographic coverage, or that every commerce issue will be detected.

Your store

You authorize read-only access needed to provide the service and remain responsible for your products, pricing, inventory, markets, taxes, duties, and customer commitments.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Trial and subscription changes are shown for approval before Shopify applies them. You may cancel through Shopify.

Acceptable use

Do not use ShelfHound to probe stores you do not control, bypass access restrictions, overload storefronts, or collect personal information.
